One region,many markets.

Sri Padmaja is based in Chennai and plans brand, creative and media work across South India. The five states share a region but not a single audience: language, culture, media consumption and market conditions vary, and each can change what a brand should say and where it should say it.

What changesfrom state to state.

Tamil Nadu

Tamil

Our home market. Tamil-language television, cinema and newspapers carry strong cultural weight, and festivals such as Pongal and Deepavali shape buying seasons. Chennai, Coimbatore and Madurai behave differently, so plans are rarely one-size-fits-all across the state.

Karnataka

Kannada

Bengaluru brings a large, multilingual and digitally active audience, while much of the rest of the state relies more on Kannada television, print and radio. Brands often need to balance a metro voice with regional familiarity.

Telangana

Telugu

Hyderabad combines a fast-growing urban market with Telugu media that has deep reach. Telugu cinema and entertainment play a large part in how audiences spend their attention.

Andhra Pradesh

Telugu

Shares the Telugu language with Telangana but has its own cities, such as Vijayawada and Visakhapatnam, and its own market conditions. Plans for both states should not simply be copied from one to the other.

Kerala

Malayalam

A highly literate market with a strong newspaper-reading habit and an active Malayalam television and news culture. Seasonal moments such as Onam, and a large overseas diaspora, also influence communication.

Across all five, we look at the same questions: which language the audience prefers, which festivals and seasons drive purchase, which media they trust, and how price, family and community influence the decision.

South Indiaisn’t one market.

Every market has its own language, culture, media habits and audience behaviour. Our approach adapts to the realities of Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh and Kerala while keeping the brand idea consistent.
